The Restaurant&Pension Jizera is surrounded by mixed forests,
lying in a modestly corrugated landscape, close to the rivers Jizera
and Labe. Cycling tourist tracks are passing nearby and for this
purpose we are also offering a bicycle
rental service for the whole family.
By bicycle you can easily get for example into the open air museum
in Přerov nad Labem, to the Brandýs palace, which is being reconstructed
during its operation to unusual beauty, Botanicus in Ostrá, exhibition
venue in Lysá nad Labem, which is organizing interesting venues
all year long, church of St. Wenceslas in Stará Boleslav, lake
Lhota with its crystal clear blue water and complete facilities
to rest at its shores or just to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding
environment.
For fishing friends
the local sand pit offers great opportunities for trophy-worthy
catches – the fishing territory Toušeň, also known as Malvíny,
offers your family great swimming opportunities, while you can
‘catch your fish’.
Autumn is luring especially
mushroom-pickers into our woods; and they are rarely disappointed.
The river Jizera, offering crystal clear water and a beautiful
calming and natural surrounding, gives various fishing opportunities,
but also swimming is possible, although it is recommended to
do so past June time, depending on current yearly temperatures.
The sports society Sokol Ostradovice
in the local town Otradovice offers various sport activities on
its tennis and volleyball courts and its training wall. You can
also play mini
golf in the facility and your children can take advantage of
the children’s
corner.
